ROCK GOD MUSIC SCHOOL WILL BE HOLDING ITS SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS FOR GUITARIST ON TUESDAY 20TH & SATURDAY 24TH JANUARY 2009.

WORKSHOPS RUN FOR THREE HOURS AND COST $45 PER STUDENT. THEY WILL BE HELD AT THE MAD COW THEATRE IN WYOMING

WORKSHOPS ON THE DAY WILL INCLUDE:

BEGINNERS WORKSHOP: If you just got a new guitar for Xmas or you've been playing a while but haven't learnt more than 3 chords than this workshop is for you. During this class you will learn some of the basics and a couple of classic rock songs. Its not all hard work though, we break up the class with a rock trivia competition and a rock history lesson.

TIMES: 9am till 12noon on 20th Jan.

            12.30pm till 3.30pm on 24th Jan

INTERMEDIATE: If you've been playing a while, know a few songs and want to take it up a notch then the Intermediate class will  re-ignite your playing. In this class we show you some of the techniques used by the guitar greats. The class finishes with a blues jam that will start or improve your guitar solo's.

TIMES: 2pm till 5pm on 20th Jan.

            9am till 12 noon on the 24th Jan
